Yes—even when nobody is real, the dog talks, or the entire film was made by one person at 4 a.m. On August 23, we’re bringing together animated films by people who refused to use a camera and found other ways to tell a story: drawing, building, cutting, moving, rendering, and occasionally losing sleep. Come watch these imaginary worlds come alive on the big screen.
